The museum glass covered vitrine enshrines a 3D printed cigarette and almond, rescued from the clutches of time and forever preserved by their synthetic design. The true antiquity in the composition lies in a paper sheet from the 1800s painted by the artist, which creates an illusion of age and authenticity. The 3D sculpted seated figure bears a tarnished silver coating, playing simultaneously with its inherent modernity and its evocation of bygone eras. Encased within a vitrine, the fragility of the objects is accentuated, where a 5000k LEDs illuminates them underscoring their significance and their worth for preservation and contemplation.

The artwork presents the objects as relics, akin to an exhibit within a museum of human and natural history, reflecting the fragility of our current and past zeitgeist and cosmology. Through its manipulation of the of time and its volatility, it prompts reflection on memory and our understanding of the ephemeral nature of existence.
