In the piece DISEASED NSFW Fuller incorporates a banker’s shirt sewn into the canvas. Delving into the media's fascination with office and corporate drama, Fuller employs symbols of that culture to convey her exploration. The painting serves as a tongue-in-cheek self-portrait in an office shirt, offering a commentary on contemporary socio-economic dynamics and the office culture. The colour palette for this piece draws inspiration from the blue of office carpets, a recurring colour in media representations of the workplace. A hand is the centre of the painting, which represents an eerie omen of the human presence. The practice of inserting found objects in her works is, for Fuller, a sort of diary, as these used to belong to people part of the artist’s life.
